“Let me begin by saying Garage Force and Philip were extremely punctual and very professional, unlike my review which is so very long over due. Albeit later than I wanted to provide a review here we are 6 months later– call it a review of time. I work late shifts and when I requested a quote from Garage Force is was around 0200 AM. Philip called me that same morning by 0700 and walked me through the entire process from him providing a quote and color options to the work being performed and dry time. Initially, I was hesitant because I have commitment issues but we confirmed for that day and he showed up when he said he would. Philip was casual in his approach to the sale, but direct in his education of the product and what to expect. Now I have a small garage, about 450 sqft, and Garage Force used my garage as a training resource for an added protection barrier; this didn’t cost me anything but gave me even more protection from moisture. A huge win from the elements. The outcome was unbelievable! I am so thrilled that we went with Garage Force for our floor coating. “How do you decide who to trust when you want work done around your house? After you read the reviews and pick a couple of vendors, you start to evaluate based on every contact.
Philip from Garage Force crossed every ‘t’ and dotted every ‘I’ from the very beginning. Responsive when first contacted? Check. Schedules an estimate at a convenient time? Check. Polite and informative? Check.
We liked him from the beginning, but it gets better! After we decided to use Philip and scheduled having him install the garage floor coating, we invited several people over and contacted Philip to make sure the floor would have enough time to cure before we parked our cars in the garage so our friends could park on the driveway. Philip told us there was time, but then proceeded to move up some appointments that were before us so that he could put in our floor a day early, so we could have peace of mind that the floor would be ready.
